As a Senior Product Manager, my main responsibilities are: * Build Value for our Clients; cultivating collaboration, strategic alignment and end-to-end integrated planning and execution. * Manage product vision, strategy and roadmaps by being responsible for E2E Product Lifecycle & Business Value Delivery for clients in various industries in the EMEA region. * Help build EPAM's Product Management competency and capabilities by participating in different initiatives (recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and others).
Currently in an Agile Development Project (Product Strategy, Design and Delivery) for one of the world's leading telecom companies, in its Enterprise Division.
Company transitioned from B2C to B2B operations doubling in staff size, multiple times over growth in revenue.
Main responsibility: process optimization and structuring of multiple departments (Education, Technology, Customer Service, Sales, Accounting and Finance). Ensuring company strategy is aligned with all team members, providing guidance, coaching and expertise assistance as needed. Also overseeing staffing recruitment and selection process.
Others: Business intelligence data analysis (Excel, MySQL, R language for statistical computing, Python).
Company achieved over 2 million EUR in funding, winning multiple awards such as European Venture Summit and Accenture Innovation.
Main responsibility: through Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, XP) lead in-house and offshore development teams to build an entire synchronous language learning platform serving thousands of business clients. PHP, MySQL, Linux and FreeBSD, did code reviews and wrote feature description. Also produced projects for third party partners such as Randstad and KLM. Deliverables with deployment cycles of around 2 weeks.
Was one of the founding team members involved in the development of the company's Business Plan.
Main responsibility: worked directly with the CEO to define strategy for online synchronous foreign language learning. Worked with cross-functional teams in multiple countries to facilitate definition and implementation of technical tools, procedures for Live online lessons.
Company reached the top-ten biggest Berlitz Language Center franchises in Latin America and second with highest sales growth in 2005.
Main responsibility: create and execute pedagogical, logistical, inside sales, marketing and customer service areas of the Language Center, in accordance to HQ's overall mission guidance. Branch doubled in size (revenues and staffing) and obtained lowest customer drop-off rate since its start.
